Business Support Co-ordinator Melbourne / Brisbane / Sydney About the role The role holder will be required to provide Project Administration and Account Coordination across the Fujitsu Data & AI delivery unit.
The role holder will be responsible for supporting leadership and Data & AI team members through managing financial reporting, timesheet and administration of D&A practitioners.
The Business Support Coordinator will be required to be managing the regular project-level financial tracking, ensuring commercial agreements in the program are accurately maintained, introduce process and procedures improvement where possible and providing support to the account teams.
Key Accountabilities: Team support: coordinating communications to support Data & AI team members, efficient management of daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and fostering team collaboration.
Creation and maintenance of projects in SAP, adhering to company compliance.
Scheduling and attending meetings as required by the Leadership Team.
Financial reporting: routine financial reporting (account tracking PO amount, monthly expenditure, YTD revenue).
SalesForce: bookings, creations and submissions.
Timesheet reviews: ensuring wider team have accurately allocated and billed time, monthly reporting requirements.
Facilitate end to end new employee inductions.
Creation and maintenance of Consultant Profiles.
Distribution and reconciliation of customer reports as required.
Preparation of Powerpoint meeting slides.
Collaboration with internal Fujitsu departments to streamline business operations.
