Business Support and Technical Administrator - ( 240002DX )
Description We have a career opportunity for an Administrator - Business Support & Technical in our Community Development team in Busselton. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing efficient business and technical support to our local regional office operations. Centrally located to all amenities, this role will suit someone who enjoys working in a professional engineering consultancy and wishes to work either 3 days or school hours with maximum 24 hours per working week.
The role Undertake general reception duties
Manage telephone, mail, email correspondence and calendars
Coordinate reception and provide assistance to the administration management of the office
Day to day office administration including but not limited to accounts payable approval and processing, electronic vendor maintenance and client management
Organising local office social and work events
Travel and meeting bookings
Coordinate, prepare and track submissions and fee proposals in conjunction with Project Manager
Assist the Project Team in execution of project design, documentation and contract administration services
Assist Project Team in completion of projects in terms of program, profitability, risk management and overall client satisfaction
Collaborate with other Administrators in solving to technical, resources and project challenges
About you Demonstrated experience within a Reception or Office administration or Technical administration role
Team player, willing to learn and enjoys working with people
Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritizing skills
Professional presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
Be able to effectively use Microsoft Suite applications (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook)
