About the role We are on the lookout for a passionate Business Support Analyst to join our Technology team in Southport. This role is a full-time permanent position. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing solutions to staff in relation to technology systems that are implemented across the business.
Objectives Monitor and respond to support desk inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution and communication with users and stakeholders. Serve as the primary contact with software vendors for issue resolution, including writing, testing, and obtaining sign-off on workarounds and their retirement. Write requirements for defect resolution development and obtain business sign-off, providing content for change management communications, training, and user guide updates. Attend and contribute to meetings, using designated tools to record, monitor, and manage incidents. Minimise PICA's exposure to risk by escalating incidents and informing the BPae team leader and relevant parties in a timely manner. About you Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar all-rounder role, but if not, the right attitude and willingness to learn and grow will set you apart from the rest! Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to clearly articulate technology concepts to a diverse audience.You can collaborate with others knowing that relationships matter. You are a go getter, know how to problem solve and thrive in an environment where you can "focus on solutions" and re-pivot quickly to align with business priorities.
