Based at our Remote Operations Centre (ROC) near the Perth Airport, you will provide administrative support to the team, as well as high level and confidential support to the General Manager, Integrated Remote Operations.
This role will require a highly organised, customer service focused career assistant who can apply their administrative expertise to seamlessly support and collaborate across all levels of the business.
You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, exemplary attention to detail and a proven ability to successfully support a dynamic leader, their wider team, and customers.
Duties High level management of emails and appropriate direction of correspondence Diary and meeting management including preparation and distribution of agendas, minutes and following up action items Composing, editing, and sending of correspondence on behalf of the General Manager Preparation of reports, memos, presentations, and data as required, including research and proof reading Autonomous management of administrative tasks, coordination of team functions and events Assisting with the onboarding of new employees and contracts, roster tracking and amendments Assisting with travel arrangements Skills and Experience Organised and proactive in your work approach with the ability to pre-empt stakeholder requirements, multi-task and prioritise work in a high-pressure environment Exceptional time management and organisational skills that demonstrate high attention to detail and customer service focused Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills, and experience with SAP and SAMS Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable) Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders Perth ROC Facilities Free on-site parking at remote operational centre (ROC) Modern spacious office with break-out facilities In-house café providing variety of hot & cold food options and barista coffee Active social club with community events and activities for employees Lifestyle, Learning and Recreation initiative which provide events for your family About the Company Roy Hill is a world class mining company, leading the way through innovative, integrated mining rail and port operations, to export iron ore safely and efficiently from West Australia's Pilbara region.
