About the Company

A large NSW government organisation is looking for a Business Support Administrator to work within a great team environment on a 12-month contract. This is a hybrid role ensuring smooth office operations, key tasks include administering two key customer processes in the Operational Contract Team.

About The Role

Monitor Mailbox.
Request and Receive quotes.
Reconcile budgets, process invoices, and monitor financial transactions.
Return quotes to internal developer Team.
Booking plumber appointments and providing outcomes to customers.

About You

Experience with requesting, receiving, and processing quotes.
Ability to read and comprehend program policies and eligibility criteria.
Handle customer concerns.
