We are currently seeking an experienced site based Business Support Administrator to join our Business Support & Services team at our Sunrise Dam Gold Mine. Reporting to the Site Lead: Administration.
This role is based at the Sunrise Dam Gold Mine on an 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO roster, we operate a quick and direct flight to our site from Perth.
Accountabilities:
Coordinating site entry, travel and accommodation services to all departmental personnel, new starters, and visitors. Providing general administration support to the Business Support and Services team as directed. Creating purchase requisitions, service entries and maintenance requests in SAP. Coordinating the approvals process for contractors' invoices. Coordinating shutdown personnel – mobilization & demobilization. Maintaining and updating rosters in InFlight. Coordinating meetings. Providing effective handover notes and coverage within the team. Ad-hoc tasks as directed. About You

Knowledge of using SAP. Experience with INX InFlight is highly regarded. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience in a site based administrative role. Must be able to work well within a team environment, whilst maintaining confidentiality of information. Ability to work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met. Strong communication with peers, leaders and contractors. Current Manual WA Drivers Licence. Able to attain a new National Police Clearance. Existing and ongoing Permanent work rights in Australia (Mandatory). Culture and Benefits
