Our client, a specialised provider of audiology and speech pathology services for people with hearing loss, is seeking a part-time permanent Business Support Administrator. This role, based in Varsity Lakes, consists of 30 hours per week (6 hours per day, Monday to Friday), with the added benefit of free onsite parking and generous not-for-profit salary sacrifice options.

As a Business Support Administrator with our client, you will play a key role in providing high-standard administrative and reception services to support families receiving life-changing clinical services. You will be the 'voice' and 'face' of the Gold Coast centre, ensuring seamless communication with families, visitors, and external clients. Additionally, you will support the broader Business Support Team across other centres, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

You'll be working 30 hours per week over five days (Monday to Friday), allowing you to enjoy your work while balancing life on the beautiful Gold Coast. Here's what you'll be up to: Delivering professional and timely communication and support to families, visitors, and external clients in person, over the phone, or via email. Managing and reconciling accounts using practice management software (Genie preferred) and Microsoft Office tools. Administering Medicare and NDIS accounts with accuracy and compliance. Maintaining the tidiness of public areas and providing administrative support to the wider Business Support Team. Working closely with the Health Services Manager to ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations. What you need to bring: Demonstrated administration experience, ideally in a health-related, disability, or not-for-profit sector (NDIS experience highly desirable). Experience with practice management software (preferably Genie) and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet competing deadlines with a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with families and stakeholders. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work autonomously when needed. A professional, respectful work ethic with integrity and confidentiality. Eligibility to clear probity checks, including a disability worker screening and working with children check (Blue Card/Yellow Card). A clear criminal history check, particularly free of dishonest offences.
