Randstad is currently recruiting for multiple Business Support Officers and Administration Officers to work within a busy Federal Government Agency. This will require a high level of administrative skills, good communication, and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
$36 - $43 per hour + Superannuation
Full Time Hours, Monday - Friday
Long-term contract, CBD location
About the role
The Business Support Officers will provide operational and administrative support to multiple sectors and departments within the company.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Responding to enquiries via phone and email
Diary and email management
Receiving, analysing and accurately recording complaints and any other feedback
Scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
Provide a high level of organisation and time management skills with the ability to meet complex and multiple deadlines through prioritising work accordingly
Enter related data into relevant systems and ensure the confidential management of sensitive information
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism across all duties and responsibilities
We are looking for an individual that:
Proven experience working within the public sector is highly regarded
Previous or current demonstrated customer service skills
Advanced skills in word processing, Excel and PowerPoint applications
Experience working independently and in a team environment
Experience in working with high volumes of work
High level skills in verbal and written communication and able to deal with external and internal stakeholders at all levels
