About the role   The H&W Business Administration Officer role is pivotal in the efficient and smooth delivery of services across Health & Wellness sites and Community Respite.
A varied and rewarding role working closely both as part of a team and autonomously.
Key tasks include but are not limited to H&W Service Delivery Support, ordering and management of equipment and resources for sustainable and safe service delivery, supporting staff training and events, overseeing staff personnel administration and administration support to the management team     For further details regarding the scope of the role, please refer to our website or the attached position descriptions.
About you   We are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar business support role Ability to adhere to program and government guidelines Demonstrated knowledge in stocktaking, ordering and all associated follow-ups Strong computer skills and advanced in the use of the Google suite Exceptional organisational and time management skills as well as the ability to prioritise workload demands Capacity to work independently, as a team and under guidance from management Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to maintain positive working relationships A basic knowledge of the requirements of the Aged Care Quality Standards as are applicable to the role Applicants with a certificate and/or experience in Business Management will be highly desirable      About us   Southern Cross Care is one of Australia's leading charitable aged care, health and retirement living service providers.
