The Business Success and Support Manager is responsible for the oversight of franchisee onboarding, training, pre and post launch across our network of over 60 schools.
The role is responsible for developing and delivering our training for new franchisees, monitoring franchisee Minimum Performance Targets (MPTs) as well as conducting business meetings to monitor and assess franchise Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
The role will assist and work with the Operations Manager and Managing Director in the achievement of strategic goals ensuring growth and business development.
