General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management)
This company is a leader within the services industry and is seeking a dynamic Business Strategy & Operations Analyst to join their Perth team.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-level decision-making, project management, and organisational growth.
As a support role to the senior leadership team, you will provide critical analytical and administrative support to help ensure the organisation scales efficiently and remains agile in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
In this role, you will provide operational and strategic support to the CEO and senior leadership team.
You will assist in preparing internal content, meeting materials, and ensuring follow-up on key initiatives.
In addition, you will conduct financial analysis, benchmarking, develop business cases, and assist in the preparation and review of Board papers, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
You will collaborate with the senior leadership team to streamline operations, improve processes, and manage complex and ambiguous challenges with ease.
Key Outcomes
As an analyst, you will ensure that key executives are well-prepared for meetings and decision-making by providing clear, data-driven insights, financial analysis, and business cases.
You will be focused on streamlining processes and improving collaboration and contribute to smoother daily operations, allowing the leadership team to focus on high-impact priorities.
In addition, you will ensure transparent and timely communication between the leadership team, internal/external stakeholders, and help to align priorities and expectations.
You will demonstrate adaptability, helping to manage urgent tasks and unforeseen challenges, contributing to the ability to respond swiftly in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Experience, Knowledge, and Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
You have worked in a professional services environment and developed core skills across analysis, communication, working with diverse stakeholders and desire a career that utilises those skills with a bridge to operational impact and outcomes.
Strong proficiency in data analysis, financial modelling, and business intelligence tools with an ability to present complex information clearly.
High level of integrity and professionalism in managing sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
Proven project management and report writing skills.
