The Opportunity: The Business Strategy and Performance Lead is a critical role within ConnectID, responsible for steering the company's strategic direction and optimising its performance in the competitive digital identity landscape.
This role requires a visionary leader adept in crafting long-term strategies while managing immediate tactical initiatives.
The core responsibilities of the role will be: Support and implement for the long-term vision for ConnectID, aligning with team, company, and national objectives.
Support with a consistent narrative to communicate the vision across the organisation and to external stakeholders.
Analyse industry and macro market forces to support developing strategic responses and partnerships.
Support with multi-level government engagement, including state, federal and regulators for Digital ID.
Develop strategic stances on emerging technologies and innovation, exploring opportunities to partner with government and industry.
Drive innovation by identifying additional value propositions.
Explore and capitalise on ConnectID's unique strengths to carve out a competitive advantage.
Designing and implementing performance metrics to monitor organisational success and strategic initiatives.
Facilitate regular performance reviews to ensure alignment with strategic goals and undertake corrective measures as needed.
In order to be successful for this role you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Commercial, or a related field.
Significant experience in strategic planning, business strategy, or performance management within the tech or digital identity sector.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data into clear strategies.
Proven leadership capabilities with demonstrated success in driving cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate and adapt to market dynamics.
