They breed an extremely supportive, exciting and rewarding culture for their hard-working team and offer exceptional work-life balance at every level!About the RoleAs a Business Services Manager, you will:Meet all financial reporting compliance requirements of your clientsAnalyse, interpret and report financial metrics, and identify new opportunities to improve your clients' profitabilityEnsure the effective utilization of staff resources to achieve budgeted levels of productivity at all levels of staff, and manage a team of 4 accountantsAct as a mentor and provide on-the-job training to your team, as well as providing feedback for improvementBuild on existing and new client relationships and introducing 'added value' services to your clientsSkills and Experience:At least 3 years' experience in a MANAGERIAL role, overseeing a team of accountants (in an Australian public practice firm!
)Fully qualified CA/CPADetailed knowledge of Australian Tax LawSomeone who is confident and has strong interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesStrong computer skills across MYOB, XERO, Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Excel (other firm-specific softwares are a bonus).The Benefits:2 days WFH per week!
