Carrying out business advisory work, including tax planning, management reporting, budgeting/forecasting, estate planning, and other advisory work as required Accurately advising on complex tax matters Managing a growing list of SMEs Building client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction Efficiently managing and training junior staff What do you need? Above average tax knowledge Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Efficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) Efficiency using XERO accounting software Highly organised and excellent time management Patient and effective coaching/teaching style Empathetic and friendly Solid track record of honesty, follow-through, and accountability Positive attitude – be a radiator not a drain!
