Business Services Senior - 2IC PositionWe are seeking a Business Services Senior to step into the 2IC position for a small but well-resourced Gold Coast firm with a clear pathway to move into an equity position in the future.
This role offers:
2IC role with clear pathway into equity.Room for growth, with no one in the firm structure between you and the Director.Hybrid work arrangement with flexibility on how many days you WFH.While a small firm, the work they do is more interesting than most comparable firms of their size. Compliance is their bread and butter, but you can expect to handle the advisory needs of your clients, which can include virtual CFO work, advice to boards, and strategic planning.
The average client fee is $14k, and they are continuously picking up work. With this momentum in growth, it's an ideal time for someone looking to move ahead quickly. Your management skills will be utilized as you look after a team of 5 offshore staff, and there will be no one between you and the Director to whom you will report.
Minimum Requirements: Seeking 3+ years of Business Services experience in an Australian accounting firm.
