About The Role Looking at the strategy for the next few years, they have identified an opportunity to create a Manager or Senior Manager position in the Business Advisory division. You will help lead the division , involving the Business Advisory team as well as the Client Services team. You will work closely with the Partners and work very closely with them giving you every opportunity to be recognized for promotion to Partner. This firm have proven track record of promoting to Partner when they say they will. I have seen this first hand. Ideally the firm would like you to move up to Partner in the future too but it is not necessary if you do not want Partnership. Duties, Skills And Experience Help manage the direction of the Business Advisory team's growth. Get involved in business development, networking and presentations. Engaging personality with articulate communication skills. Experienced manager of staff, teams and a client portfolio. Qualified Accountant. At least 7 years experience will probably be necessary to be at this level. Culture The firm has a friendly atmosphere with a sociable team. People work efficiently and there is not an expectation to stay back and look busy. In fact it is discouraged.
