Business Services Manager

Responsibility for a client base belonging to a Partner looking to retire.
Long established practice reflected in the longevity of the client base.
Clients vary with the firm's largest client in excess of $200m turnover.

One of the Sunshine Coast's longest established practices reflected in the longevity of the clients, which are primarily businesses and span various industries and range in their size. The biggest client has a turnover of more than $200m in the group.
This role will see you take on some of the fees belonging to a Partner who is looking to retire, and this means that equity is a possibility should it be something you decide to strive for in the future.
You'll have full control of your client base and be responsible for fostering those relationships. Although the firm undertakes smaller I-returns, the only I-returns you would prepare would be attached to a family group, so the work will be technically interesting.
They have a good culture reflected in the long length of tenure that existing staff have in the practice. They treat staff well with a good environment that includes 2-hour in-house training once a month, parking on-site, and your own office.
Seeking 6 + years Business Services experience. CA or CPA Qualified.
