Future Leadership seeks to appoint a Business Services Manager to support the delivery of Executive Search and Interim Management processes in the Public Sector and Corporate. Reporting to the Managing Partner, Public Sector & Corporate, this role will provide oversight of operations and ensure the smooth running of the team who deliver a range of executive search services.
This role will work with the Consultants and Business Services team members to ensure they have the support they need to service the delivery of their processes, along with clients and candidates. Your day will be varied with activities including:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are adequately resourced, workflows are seamlessly embedded and services are delivered in a timely manner.Work with Senior Partners and Partners to continuously assess operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.Providing administrative and operational support to the Managing Partner.In collaboration with the other Business Services Managers and internal stakeholders, provide leadership and delivery of internal projects that will optimise processes.Ensure policies and processes are in place and meet the team's needs.Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to manage billing, invoicing, and financial reporting processes.RFQ/RFT and proposal management and response coordination, including writing of case studies and bespoke content.You will be well organised, detail-oriented, a flexible and fast learner, and an enthusiastic team-player who values processes and protocols, delivering on and improving established procedures and gains energy from delivering exceptional operational and administrative outcomes.
With the ability to multi-task, remain calm under pressure and show a high level of initiative, you will be highly articulate and confident in dealing with senior stakeholders. In addition, you will be tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills. A demonstrated focus on high-quality service delivery is essential, combined with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in administrative leadership, operations management or project management. Candidates with experience in professional services or human resources will be highly regarded.
