What to Expect in This Role: Work closely with Partners and Directors to provide a wide range of taxation, financial, and business advisory services. Engage with a diverse client base, including listed companies across various industries, offering tailored solutions. Lead and mentor a passionate team of accountants, promoting continuous professional development and expanding technical expertise. Co-manage the broader resource pool to streamline operations and deliver proficient client outcomes.
Enjoy the flexibility of managing your workload both remotely and in the office, while maintaining exceptional client service. What Qualifies You for the Role: You possess a degree and hold a CA/CPA qualification. Previous experience managing a team in a business advisory environment. Ability to understand client needs and provide excellent customer service. Advanced accounting technical knowledge, including the application of accounting standards and the compilation of consolidated financial statements in a private client setting. Ability to effectively manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals. Advanced knowledge in areas of taxation. Exposure to taxation consolidation is an advantage. Ability to use, navigate and troubleshoot common client accounting software packages (i.e.
MYOB and Xero), and larger enterprise products (an advantage). Well-refined oral and written communication skills. Adaptable to engage a wide range of growing clients. Outstanding attention to detail and time management. Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities. Ability to integrate with the team and collaborate effectively. How to Apply:
