For this reason, a new role has been created in the form of Business Services Manger for the Accounting & Tax Division.
There is genuine progression to partnership in the short term future for this role. 
As Business Services Manager, you will be responsible for business planning & board presentation. You will be responsible for driving business development, marketing, and identification of areas for growth & value-add for your division and across the wider group. 
Key responsibilities will include: Client relationship managementWorkflow managementMentoring, coaching and guiding the team (both onshore and offshore)Review financial statements and income tax returnsPreparation of financial statements and income tax returns for medium to high net worth clientsStructuring and asset protectionSMSF experience preferred, but not essentialWhat you need to bring to the role
