Business Services Manager/Accountant - Leadership Opportunity Business Services & Corporate Advisory (Accounting) A new opportunity is available for a Senior Business Services Manager to join a well-established mid-tier accounting practice located in Canberra. In this role, you will be stepping into a senior position which requires leadership, exceptional operational skills with the ability to engage with clients building strong client relationships.  You will be a driven individual to provide impactful solutions to a large portfolio of clients across a diverse range of industries and working alongside collaborative professionals to contribute to achieve successful outcomes.  Your responsibilities will include:   Providing leadership to a team of up to five Business Services Accountants.  Providing high-quality Accounting, Tax Planning and Advisory Services/Business Analysis to clients. Work through the end-to-end process with the client. Management of relationships with key stakeholders.  Management of workflow across your team. Providing insights into business performance with the support of detailed financial analysis. Manage and further establish new and existing client relationships. Key requirements of the position: 3 – 5 years of local practical experience working within a small to mid-size Accounting Practice.  Strong relationship skills to manage clients with turnover of up to $50M. Completed CA or CPA qualification Strong management, leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent technical knowledge of Tax, Advisory and Compliance. Ability to work according to timeframes and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
