Role Detail We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Services Coordinator to become an integral part of our professional Business Services team at KWM's Perth office, situated in the QV1 Building.
This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative expert with leadership potential to gain valuable experience within a prestigious international law firm.
In this role, you will coordinate a variety of general business services for our Perth centre, while acting as second-in-command to the Business Services & Hospitality Manager.
We are looking for candidates who possess a positive attitude and emerging leadership skills, as you will be responsible for supervising and assisting with the workflow in the Business Services Centre.
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a corporate setting is essential.The day to day will involve:
Supporting the Business Services & Hospitality Manager in daily operations and management of business activities, including maintaining the Perth premises
Supporting the Business Services Clerks and Receptionists and providing backup coverage when required
Develop staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage at all times
Manage visitor requests and prepare for their arrival
Coordinate weekly and larger ad hoc staff relocations
Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date seating allocation plans
Conduct Business Services inductions for new employees
Manage supplier and contractor relationships regarding stock and issue resolution
Management of document production requests (copying, scanning, finishing, etc.
),and mail and courier services
Assist with archiving and records management, including oversight of safe custody
Meet internal and external customer expectations while achieving company goals
Support hospitality team in setting up rooms on an as needs basis
About You
Minimum of 3 years administration or office coordination experience
A commitment to delivery of exceptional customer service
Demonstrated experience working in a team environment.
Leadership experience will be highly regarded
Excellent communication and prioritisation skills
Role-modelling a positive, can-do attitude
Exceptional attention to detail
Driven, proactive and results-oriented
Ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal and external clients
Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
Experience using Microsoft Office suite
Works collaboratively with team and broader Business Services colleagues
Flexibility to multitask, using your initiative and adapting to changing priorities
Availability to work additional hours to meet business demands on an as needs basis
