About UPTI and YABBIT Just before Christmas in 2020, we launched UPTI which is the home of the market leading unified communications solution platform YABBIT.
By early 2021, we had over 500 users and today, we have thousands of users.
The system has maintained uninterrupted service since its inception, seamlessly updating with zero downtime. Multiple carriers within Australia are connected to our CLOUD cores, upholding Australian Sovereignty, and our YABBIT platform boasts a pedigree of over 3.5 million users since 2020, continuing to grow rapidly.

The position of Business Services Coordinator is responsible for driving and implementing our EARS account management program for nominated accounts…..along with general customer service, processing client orders, general office support and support to the CEO and Managing Director.
