About the role As a Business Services Attendant, you will work closely with the Facilities Manager to support key areas of the business and provide all round assistance.
This role covers facilities, reception and mailroom related tasks.
Key Responsibilities : Ensure all meeting rooms are clean and prepared for meetings as required Check all meeting room audio visual, telephony and associated hardware for functionality and report any issues to the Facilities Manager.
Assist with the setup of boardroom functions in conjunction with the Catering and Facilities team Assist with the clearing and resetting of boardroom functions Perform Facilities requests including basic office maintenance, audio visual troubleshooting, chaperoning technicians in the tenancy, updating floorplans, assisting with office moves and on-boarding/off-boarding staff members Perform basic mailroom duties and coverage as required Perform reception coverage on the desk and answering calls when required About you You are a team player with a professional and courteous approach.
With a strong client service focus, you pride yourself on your communication skills and adaptability.
Ideally you will: Have at least one years' experience in either a corporate office environment or a customer service role Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion Interact and collaborate effectively whilst working with minimal supervision Have strong attention to detail A pro-active, hands on approach Be confident working under pressure and within time frames while taking instructions from multiple supervisors Why join Maddocks?
