Specialising in tax and business advisory, the firm has 4 equity partners and 35 staff with the belief that a strong culture leads to positive results. The partners bring experience from big 4 - top 10 accounting firms and are currently directing the firm towards expansion. They're experiencing 30% profit margins, with the 10-year goal of reaching 20 million. Beneficially, you can become partner quickly due to the fast growth of the firm.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a team of 3-4 offshore and juniors.Provide tax advice on issues including Div7A, CGT, GST, and FBT.Finalise management reports and income tax returns.Provide business advisory services to clients such as benchmarking, cashflow, budgeting & forecasting.Manage a fee base of between $700-900k.Stakeholder management.Skills and QualificationsHave 7+ years of experience within public practice.CA or CPA qualification.Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.Produces high quality work.Based in Sydney.Australian permanent resident.ContactSamaira Bhojani at ****** for more information.
