This is a permanent full time position.
The Business Services Assistant is a hands-on role primarily responsible for providing high quality administrative services to Partners, staff, clients and visitors including photocopying, printing, scanning, mail, couriers, stationery, purchasing and telephony.
As a Business Services Assistant in our team, you will be involved in a broad range of duties such as:
Printing, photocopying, scanning and finishing (e.g.
binding, laminating etc.)
of all documents sent to the document production centreSorting, delivery, collection and distribution of mail, incoming courier and other itemsPurchase, stocktake and maintenance of all stationery, mail and courier consumablesAssist in maintaining print devices and binding equipmentIdentify opportunities to improve processes and practices to enhance the service offeringWorking closely with the team to ensure the seamless operation of the business services teamOther ad hoc duties as requiredMore About You To be successful in this role, strong organisational skills are essential as well as a high level of initiative, attention to detail, energy and enthusiasm.
Ideally, you will also have experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
