The Business Services Assistant is a hands on role primarily responsible for providing high quality administrative services to Partners, staff, clients and visitors including photocopying, printing, scanning, mail, couriers, stationery, purchasing and telephony.
Your duties   As a Business Services Assistant in our team, you will be involved in a broad range of duties such as: Printing, photocopying, scanning and finishing (e.g.
binding, laminating etc.)
of all documents sent to the document production centre Sorting, delivery, collection and distribution of mail, incoming courier and other items Purchase, stocktake and maintenance of all stationery, mail and courier consumables Administration support including processing supplier invoices Assist in maintaining print devices and binding equipment Identify opportunities to improve processes and practices to enhance the service offering Working closely with the team to ensure the seamless operation of the business services team Other ad hoc duties as required More About You   To be successful in this role, strong organisational skills are essential as well as a high level of initiative, attention to detail, energy and enthusiasm.
Ideally, you will also have experience working in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
