Future Leadership seeks to appoint a strong administrator to the position of Business Services to provide project management, administration and client liaison activity to support our Advisory team. 
Working closing with the Practice Manager, Consultants and Business Services team, your day will be varied with activities including:
Scheduling meetings and managing diaries for all client-related engagements Project coordination including assisting with proposal submission, kick-off meetings, scheduling, logistics, material preparation for workshops, evaluation surveys and project reportingData entry – ensuring all systems are kept up to date with accurate and timely information relating to projects, clients and key milestones Supporting Consultants with high-quality delivery materials e.g. slide decks and micrositesYou will be well organised, detail-oriented, a flexible and fast learner and an enthusiastic team-player.  With the ability to multi-task, remain calm under pressure and show initiative when required, you will be highly articulate and confident in dealing with senior stakeholders.  In addition, you will be tech savvy, confident using systems, applications and have strong MS Office skills. A demonstrated focus on high quality service delivery is essential, combined with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in administrative support or project management ideally within a professional services function.
