This firm offers complete flexibility in exchange for a highly capable, supportive, technical and productive Senior / Manager. The Partner has been trained in Big 4 and mid-tier firms. The firm is cloud-based, modern, and paperless and has been in business for 10 years. Due to growth within the firm, a new position has become available for a second in charge, the Partner right-hand person.
Duties within this role:

Supporting the Partner to process work and review work from the offshore team, 2 staff members offshore who are CPA qualified and have 8 years of Australian taxation experience. A large portion of the client base being in construction, however, they do have clients from a variety of industries. Clients having $2 million - $10 million in turnover on average, all having group structures. SMSF is processed by an affiliated company. You can meet clients online or face to face when required; most client meetings are online. All clients use Xero and are cloud-based. What's in it for you:
