We are looking for a Business Risk Advisor to join our team, where you will provide First Line Risk advisory and assurance within RACQ Bank. You will collaborate with the business to align their strategic objectives with robust risk management practices. Your key responsibilities will be:Stakeholder Engagement: build and maintain effective working relationships with managers at all levels to support and promote effective risk practices and appropriate risk behaviours.Risk Management Implementation: guide and support the Bank business in adhering to risk management policies, processes, and requirements.Risk Culture Development: drive a risk-aware culture within the Bank by continuously educating staff about organisational risk.Senior Leadership Advisory: provide insights, advice, and recommendations to Senior Leaders on risk behaviours, decision-making, and practices.About youYou will be a detail-oriented professional with an enquiring mind and an inquisitive nature, ready to delve into issues and practices with tenacity.
