Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex restructuring processes, overseeing an engagement team, and developing and delivering restructuring and insolvency strategies.
You will work closely with our clients to analyse and understand their business performance and position, and assist in stakeholder communication.
Develop and deliver restructuring and insolvency strategiesOversee an engagement team and manage multiple workstreamsAssist clients in analysing and understanding their business performance and positionManage day-to-day issues on formal restructuring engagementsPrepare reports, presentations, and written correspondenceRequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
6-10 years of experience in managing insolvency and restructuring casesTertiary qualifications in an accounting or finance-related fieldCA qualified or equivalentARITA Qualification desirableStrong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skillsFinancial analytical and quantitative skillsKnowledge of fundamental accounting and business principlesProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsWhat We OfferWe offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
