We are looking for a driven and personable Business Representative to join our Business Development team. This role will be pivotal in fostering strong client relationships, promoting our services, and contributing to the company's growth.
About the Role :
As a Business Representative, you will : Drive business growth by promoting our services to new and existing clients. Develop and maintain productive client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with our Bid Manager to support the timely completion of tenders and quotations. Generate and manage a database of leads through various networking strategies, including meetings, referrals, cold calling, and industry events. Represent Brooks Hire at expos and industry events, even outside of regular working hours. Work with the Plant Hire Department to ensure seamless service delivery. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Qualifications & Skills Required : Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the earthmoving equipment hire sector. Strong knowledge of earthmoving equipment and their applications in construction and mining. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
