About the role: We are offering an opportunity to join us on our journey of growth and development! Working closely with our State Manager and our NDIS Division, as Business Relationship Officer you will have the opportunity to utilize your healthcare experience or transition into our NDIS division, contributing to our journey of growth and development. You will play a pivotal role in our success by building strong relationships and attracting new clients through referral pathways, ensuring the delivery of high quality services. Key requirements include: Promote HCA and attract new referrers and customers to HCADevelop & manage referral pipelinesDevelop & implement growth strategies to expand HCA's presence and servicesAnalyse market trends and competitor activities Manage onboarding processes and ongoing relationship with customers Work with the State Manager and the NDIS division to plan and develop collateral and campaignsUtilise and build on HCA existing and prospective relationships that are based on trust, shared experience and customer outcomesWork collaboratively with the State Team to deliver an excellent customer experience ensuring this leads to greater attractionImplement the state business growth in the regions and maintain HCA's strategic growthLead and represent HCA in forums, expos, and networking eventsBuild your knowledge and understanding of the sector and community to identify potential growth areas and partnersWork with external stakeholders to build partnerships with HCA and other providers To be considered: Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in Healthcare, Business Development and Customer focus ideally within the NDIS or community sectorKnowledge and/or experience of the community services sectorStrong understanding of the NDIS environment and/or other health related sectorsDemonstrated experience in relationship building, customer experience and stakeholder managementExperience and success in working in a customer focused, multi-site service businessExceptional presentation, organisational and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills, written and verbalAdvanced knowledge and use of MS Office and CRMStrong and confident relationship building skills, to be able to work in a team environment and/or autonomously.
