The role  12 months fixed term parental leave cover, based in Merredin.  The CBH Group is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to support the Kwinana East Region. The CBH BRM network is on-hand to provide growers with the local support they need to help make it easier to market their grain throughout the year. The BRMs provide growers with information on CBH's innovative pools and competitive cash pricing options, as well as information from the market and feedback from international customers.  Our BRMs maintain and build relationships with Western Australian growers and provide valuable feedback to the CBH business. Our goal is to be the trusted advisor and long-term partner of growers and we do this by understanding our grower's business requirements and developing products that provide value: buying grain, providing grain marketing and finance products and selling fertiliser. We build and maintain grower relationships through solid business support, regular communication, sharing information about our products, listening and responding to grower needs.  Reporting to Manager - National Accumulations, the position will be responsible for managing their own workload. The successful candidate will frequently liaise with the Group's personnel in Perth and with other Business Relationship Managers in WA and Eastern Australia.   As a part of the role, subsidised health insurance and fully maintained vehicle will be provided.  Key Responsibilities  The position is responsible for grain accumulation activities within the Kwinana East Region, including:  Grain acquisition activities including provision of sales and information services to grain industry participants within the assigned region  Regular contact with growers on farm in order to understand their business and identify opportunities for creating value specific to their individual needs  Promotion of CBH Group's grain marketing suite of products including financial services.  Reporting on conditions of current crops and trends in agronomic practices  Undertaking public relations activities as required  Sales management of CBH Fertiliser products within region.  Management of CBH Financial Products and Services within region.  Skills and experience  Applicants will need to demonstrate:  Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills  Relationship management and influencing skills  Customer service focus  Proactive attitude with the ability to problem solve and work independently   Sound computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office  A valid Australian Drivers licence  Desirable:  Previous sales experience (Agriculture, Finance, Fertiliser etc.)  Familiarity with grain accumulation products  Demonstrated ability to understand and market products  Understanding of grain production trends, issues and opportunities   RG146 (AFSL) Generic Knowledge  The successful candidate will also need to complete a police clearance and ASIC search.  Marketing and Trading is committed to equal opportunities and providing a safe and rewarding environment for our people.
