About the position: We are looking for a highly talented and knowledgeable Business Relationship Manager to manage the Rawson Group tender response process, streamline business procedures, ensure project success, and leverage existing partnerships to secure future work.
As Business Relationship Manager your responsibilities will include but be not limited to:
Identify and pursue new business prospects and actively bid for business-to-business tenders.Review and manage tender requirements of each tender, ensuring all submissions are well-presented, professional, customer-focused and represent the Rawson Group brand and values.Review incoming tenders and ensure that tenders are responded to in full and on time.Collaborate with Management and projects team to ensure thorough understanding of upcoming works.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, and people within the industry, while monitoring sites that could create business opportunities.Review the current tender gaps and implement necessary changes to increase success in future tenders.To be considered for the position you must be able to demonstrate the following:
5+ years support experience in Bid, Sales or Customer Service environment.Technical experience in the building industry with a background in construction, estimating, drafting or compliance viewed favourably.Experience managing B2B relationships.Data collection and analysis experience.High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at the same time.Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.More than a place to work, Rawson Group is a place to grow.
