As the Business Readiness Lead – CSI, you will be responsible for ensuring that teams within Australian Retirement Trust (ART) are prepared for the impacts and changes, integration and enablement that will occur because of the Customer Servicing Integration (CSI) Program. This role will be responsible for, and have a team to support, internal change, the technology and business operating model, business ways of working, internal and external program communication and employee experience and engagement.
This role will be accountable for the change experience, stakeholder engagement, business process readiness and support for the delivered outcomes of the CSI Program across ART.
Day to day, you'll: Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new products and processes while ensuring the realisation of business benefits, specific to the CSI Program and managing the internal employee experience.Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met, concerns addressed, and managing the scope effectively throughout the transformation of the Program.Lead the design and delivery of training programs to prepare staff for the transformed environment, ensuring they are equipped to operate within the target state operating model.Ensure operational teams are prepared for new products and processes, coordinating system readiness, working with the Product & Customer SMEs managing the execution of the brand implementation.Work within a large, complex, multi-stream program, defining the streams and associated projects, emphasising the necessary investment in initiation, and utilising appropriate methodology to effectively plan delivery.Oversee the planning and control of program/stream management activities, including budgeting and resourcing alongside the Transformation Management Office within the Australian Retirement Trust context and external partner (Accenture) context.This role is available as a 2-year max-term/secondment opportunity. Extensive experience in the superannuation industry, with a deep understanding of industry regulations, products, and processes.Strong knowledge of business transformation methodologies, including change management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.Extensive experience in delivering projects/programs of significant scale, complexity and organisational change.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.Experience working on a major transformation or complex delivery program, dealing with large change and ambiguity.Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.Proven organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities within tight timeframes.About us
