Be challenged and imagine with usAs Business and Project Officer, you will provide high-level project, administrative, and logistical support to the Director, Research Grants, and wider Research Grants Office.
In this role you will:
Provide a wide range of office management support to ensure the smooth and cohesive running of the Grants Office.Support with administrative components of projects, assisting to ensure deliverables are on time and accurately reported. Proactively manage the Director's diary and emails, and support with travel bookings, IT equipment, and financial purchasing processes.This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land). Demonstrated experience in an administrative and project support role in a large, dynamic environment.Strong communication skills, including the ability to liaise and build relationships with a variety of diverse stakeholders.High-level organisational and time management skills to deliver to competing deadlines while upholding strict confidentiality.What we offerThe remuneration for this position isfrom$90,316 to $99,655 + 17%superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
