We prioritise our customers above all else, relentlessly improving their experience and solving their unmet needs.We are looking for an experienced product manager who will obsess over customers and strive to deliver better outcomes. You will have a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Ideally, you will have eCommerce or payments experience. The Product Manager is responsible for risk management and is an SME on changes rolled out by business partners.More specifically you will: Product Development: Deliver products and enhance existing products in accordance with relevant Group Policies and Standards.Product Management: Responsible for ensuring compliance with scheme requirements as well as relevant Group Policies and Standards.Risk Management: Responsible for proactively identifying, mitigating, and managing risks.Customer Centric Design: Responsible for understanding the needs of a customer including pain points, development of a product roadmap and ability to prioritise.Competitor Analysis: Understand the competitive landscape and product trends.Continuous Improvement: Manage change to continuously improve the product offering and processes to facilitate the overall customer experience.Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, build a strong relationship and manage in accordance with relevant Group Policies and Standards.Your Skills and Experience:You are an experienced product manager, great team player with a growth mindset and good communication skills. You have a passion for customer centric product design, meet some of our criteria and a willingness to learn the rest: Risk Mindset: All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss, and act on current and future risks.Experienced Product Manager with 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services and with proven all-round product management skills. Ideally, you will have eCommerce or payments experience.Demonstrated success in leading and executing on projects.Strong stakeholder engagement and management capabilities.
