Your Impact We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Business Process Owner to join the Business Services division of Asahi Group Oceania.
This role is critical for managing, governing, and optimising Asahi Group's enterprise processes assigned to the Source to Pay business function.
The role will focus on processes that include sourcing and supplier management, requisitioning and purchasing, receipting, and invoice processing.
You will also be responsible for leading comprehensive improvement initiatives, implementing advanced operational methodologies, and fostering a culture of continuous innovation and efficiency.
The role will work with the broader organisation to adhere to common enterprise processes and drive adoption and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Develop business processes to facilitate common understanding and enable decision making.Manage and contribute to the definition of organisational policies, standards, and guidelines for business process improvement.Contribute to the introduction and use of techniques, methodologies, and tools to meet overall business requirements, ensuring consistency across all user groups.Lead and plan business process improvement activities to analyse business processes; identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend solutions that exploit new technologies and automation.Provide strategic, financial, and operational feedback on the process performance of the organisation to inform management and other stakeholders.About You Looking for an individual that can work across multiple functions with competing priorities to manage.
An excellent communicator that has demonstrated capability managing a diverse group of stakeholders while delivering on desired business outcomes.
Proven experience in project management, project coordination, or project delivery preferably within an FMCG.Experienced in process management and process design.Capability to design end-to-end processes and manage their effective roll-out, considering potential flow-on effects and mitigating associated risks (Signavio experience is preferred).Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organisation.Demonstrated high-level analytical skills, with experience solving complex problems and utilising critical thinking to make well-judged decisions.Background in Source to Pay processes (SAP background highly desirable).Asahi Beverages is a leading multi-beverage organisation with a rich and varied history.
