Business Process Owner - Record to Report Business Process Owner - Record to Report This role is responsible for the managing, governing and optimising of the Asahi Beverages' enterprise process model and the processes assigned to the Record to Report (RTR) business function. The focus will be on finance and accounting management processes that involves collecting, processing and presenting accurate financial data. You will work with the broader organisation to adhere to the common enterprise processes and drive adoption and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Develop visual/graphical representations of business processes to facilitate common understanding and enable decision making Manage and contribute to the definition of organisational policies, standards, and guidelines for business process improvement Contribute to the introduction and use of techniques, methodologies, and tools, to meet overall business requirements, ensuring consistency across all user groups Lead and plan business process improvement activities to analyse business processes; identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend solutions which exploit new technologies and automation Contribute to the development of organisational capabilities for business process improvement and ensures adoption and adherence to policies and standards. Provide strategic, financial and operational feedback on the process performance of the organization to inform management and other stakeholders. About You You will have the ability to work across multiple functions with competing priorities to manage. An excellent communicator, you will have demonstrated your capability in managing a diverse group of stakeholders.
Highly experienced in Business Process Management, Project Management & Compliance roles Ability to write clear and concise instructional aids to stakeholders Capability to design end-to-end processes & manage their effective roll-out, considering potential flow-on effects & mitigate associated risks Strong influencing and leadership skills Demonstrated high-level analytical skills, with experience solving complex problems & utilise critical thinking to make well-judged decisions Strong background in Record to Report Processes SAP knowledge in FICO module is highly desirable Signavio experience is preferred Asahi Beverages is a leading multi-beverage organisation with a rich and varied history.
