Job Description Hiring Company: Cloudstreet Consulting Client: Digital Project Services (DPS) Overview of Digital Project Services (DPS) Digital Project Services (DPS) manages complex, high-value, and high-risk ICT programs, as well as multi-year digital transformation initiatives that enhance core frontline services through collaborative inter-agency efforts.
Notable programs include the Core Clinical Systems Renewal Program, SerPro, and the Client Management System Alignment Program.
DPS also offers a range of project management services to support agency operations.

Project: Training Contact Management System (TCMS) Replacement The TCMS Replacement Project focuses on capturing Vocational Education and Training (VET) data to meet Federal government reporting requirements on behalf of the Department of Education & Training (DET).
Scope of Work Cloudstreet Consulting is seeking a contractor to support the TCMS Replacement Project Manager in achieving the project's goals.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with other project resources, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to support both business and project activities.
This includes participating in workshops, working alongside business analysts, and documenting content for solution delivery.
Engagement Term Start Date: 2 December 2024 End Date: 29 August 2025 Key Duties and Responsibilities In consultation with the Project Manager and DPS: Develop training schedules for both existing and new GrantsNT functionalities.
Create a client-specific user manual.
Set up and configure new grants within the GrantsNT system.
Collaboration with Project Team and AGS Support Teams: Gather and develop support documentation for AGS Frontline Support teams (e.g., L1 and L2 support).
GrantsNT Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for GrantsNT, assisting the client and the Test Analyst.
Support the Test Analyst in developing test cases, performing system testing, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Team Engagement: Actively contribute as a team member, offering innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships across the project and with stakeholders.
Requirements Essential Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience working in a project setting, including documentation of user manuals and or work instructions.
Through proficiency in the use of standard MS office toolsets, and experience with or ability to quickly acquire skills in MS Visio, Jira and SharePoint.
Demonstrated experience working with high performing teams in a government setting.
Highly developed interpersonal skills with strong self-discipline and resilience, and ability to negotiate and positively influence others to achieve goals and objectives.
Highly developed oral and written communication skills with experience in preparing documentation, focusing on attention to detail and accuracy.
Well-developed organisational skills with demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, manage time, meet deadlines while balancing high priority deliverables in a dynamic working environment.
Proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships with team members, stakeholders and vendors; and contribute as an effective team member.
