The Role
Twelve months fixed term contract. Experience with SAP Finance . The Busienss Process Lead will report to the ANZ Programme Manager based in Sydney Norwest Office.

Work with a leader who is patient and will have your back in a project team that has visibility across the region. This role is the primary point of contact in the market for the overall Business Process Architecture and Implementation within the Finance Function.

Opportunity to work in close collaboration with the Finance Team to to drive End-to-End changes in the ANZ business to align with the Global Template and overall plan. Be a part of an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.

Provide SAP functional consulting and support, including recommending options and implementing solutions to enhance business performance and processes, and SAP knowledge transfer. Translate business needs into well written, unambiguous functional requirements and deliver business requirements using standard SAP functionality.
Principle Accountabilities

Conduct requirement gathering workshops, understand the As -Is processes/conduct current system study and then identify process/system changes with Wipro.

The candidate is expected to be bridge between business i.e. Finance , Sales and Supply Chain and technology teams to articulate F&A business needs /requirements to the technology teams.

Conduct fit gap analysis, impact on related functional areas, acceptability of the solution to the user community, technical feasibility, and efficiency as per the business's requirements.

Work with Wipro to analyse the requirements by demonstrating strong process/solution/ product knowledge, understanding of the business/IT scenario, and understanding of constraints in implementation and technology.

Adept in conducting focus groups , workshops, meetings to elicit requirements and processes.

Review test plans (Unit, SIT, and UAT), test cases and test execution reports.

The role will also require supporting the practice in different initiatives and pursuits with diagnosis and solutions .

Skills and Experience Required

Functional Finance SAP, S4 Hana experience.

Agile delivery tools or working on IT transformation project.

Business process analysis, system functional and non-functional analysis experience of working with WIPRO , TCS, and or other vendors.

Communication skills both written and verbal including documentation skills.

Stakeholder management, Australian work eligibility status.
