Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Process Improvement (BPI) Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering BPI projects, working closely with clients to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement solutions that drive operational excellence.
What is BPI: BPI stands for " Business Process Improvement ." It refers to the practice of analysing and enhancing an organi s ation's existing processes and workflows to make them more efficient, effective, and aligned with the organization's goals. BPI often involves identifying bottlenecks, reducing waste, streamlining processes, and implementing technology solutions to optimi s e business operations. The goal of BPI is to enhance productivity, reduce costs, improve quality, and increase overall competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives. Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and assess potential impacts. Data Collection: Gather and analyse data to support process improvement initiatives, including interviews with staff and stakeholders. System Research: Conduct research on existing systems and technologies to identify the best solutions for clients' needs. Implementation Plans: Develop detailed implementation plans for process improvements, outlining the steps, timelines, and resources required. Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis to evaluate the cost-benefit and ROI of proposed process improvements. Project Management: Manage BPI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and on budget. Qualifications: Proven experience in business process improvement, management consulting, or related roles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools. Project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Knowledge of AI and automation technologies. Must be based in Brisbane Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, analyse complex processes, and develop effective solutions. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in documenting processes and ensuring accuracy in data collection and analysis. Client-Focused: Committed to understanding client needs and delivering high-quality solutions that exceed expectations. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
