We are seeking a Business Process Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves analysing and re-engineering business processes to optimise workflows, enhance efficiency, and support the implementation of automation solutions.

Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in business process analysis, design, and optimisation.
Strong understanding of process modelling techniques and tools (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts, Visio).
Familiarity with automation technologies and platforms (e.g., RPA, workflow management tools).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Experience in change management and process implementation.
Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus.
Relevant qualifications in Business Analysis, Process Engineering, or a related field.
