Job Description Reporting into the Platform Delivery Lead, your role will include:
Act as the main interface between ERP Platform team and functional areasProvide ERP and subject matter expertise to functional process ownersRepresent the functional teams in designing and implementing improved or new platform functionality.Identify areas for process improvement and lead improvement activitiesActively identify opportunities to improve and automate processes to deliver efficiencies to users.Represent the functional teams in designing and implementing improved or new platform functionality.Advise stakeholders on industry standards in order to provide suggestions to streamline processes and develop requirements for configuration changes and work with relevant technical team to implement change.Assist in resolving user "how to" questions and creating relevant job aids/learning/communicationsUpskilling and knowledge sharing with specialist functional users to improve the response time and service to users.Perform ERP release tasks as required while ensuring the impact to the business is minimized.Ensure all configuration changes are planned & authorised prior to implementation, taking into account business process implications. The Successful Applicant Knowledge and demonstrated ability of Workday HRIS platformProject and/ or BAU business improvement delivery experience in a business in either an analyst or process analyst role Detailed understanding of business processesAn ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organisationAbility to document and explain technical details clearly and conciselySuperior communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build strong and effective working relationships with individuals at all levels both within the organisation and externally What's on Offer Excellent remuneration & WFH flexibilityHigh-growth, ASX listed businessCareer progression opportunities
