About the company

About the Role
The primary purpose of this position is to drive the adoption, governance, and optimisation of business processes across the organisation. You will play a key role in designing, defining, and improving processes, ensuring alignment with the BPM Framework.
Key Responsibilities

Document and map current/future state processes and identify improvement opportunities
Provide business process owners with modelling services using BPMN 2.0
Leverage BPM tools for simulations, comparisons, and reporting
Identify and manage process optimisation initiatives
Promote BPM governance and process excellence practices
Drive stakeholder engagement and coordinate BPM activities
Collaborate with SAP Security, Risk, and Change Management teams
Assist in developing the annual BPM roadmap for maturity progression

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in Business Process Modelling and Improvement
Familiar with BPMN 2.0 standards
Experience with SAP and BPM tools (e.g., SAP Signavio, ARIS)
Strong analytical, time management, and interpersonal skills
Effective workshop facilitation and reporting abilities

Preferred Qualifications

BPMN 2.0 certification
Six Sigma or similar qualifications
