Exciting contract opportunity for an experienced Business Process Analyst with SAP S4/HANA implementation know Your new company This department delivers social and health related services through its programmes. Through close collaboration with the community and partner agencies, this department plays an active role in developing new approaches to social and health related policy and service delivery. Your new role As a Business Process Analyst working on the SAP Cloud & Digital Rostering Project, you will have responsibility to facilitate the business subject-matter experts in the design and documentation of a suite of fully optimised business processes, founded on the new digital core, for each of the six slipstreams to underpin the transformation of the back office enabling services and successfully deliver the business benefits. What you'll need to succeed Effective business process analysis, design and documentation to deliver target outcomes and enable target benefits. Application of a structured business process analysis, process mapping and reporting methodology to support change initiatives. Effective documentation and presentation of business process outcomes and artefacts. Maintain a strong stakeholder focus by coordinating and conducting required workshops and elicitation sessions (including) attending meetings as required.
