Our client, a leading and innovative private insurer, is seeking a Business Performance Analyst to join their Claims & Assessing Division. This team is dedicated to delivering a seamless claims journey for customers while maintaining rigorous cost management. A dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced work environmentOpportunities for career progression in a growing organisationHybrid work arrangements to support your work-life balanceAccess to wellness programs and employee benefitsThe chance to influence key business outcomes and process improvementsDuties and responsibilities include: Partnering with the Claims & Assessing teams as a central contact for financial and operational performance reportingDelivering insights on costs, productivity, quality trends, and identifying claims leakageSupporting the leadership team with business analysis, KPI development, and initiative trackingCreating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data visualisations using tools like Power BIDeveloping financial and operational models to inform key business decisionsCollaborating with data teams to enhance the reporting framework and ensure data accuracyPromoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovative problem-solvingWhat you'll need to succeed: A relevant qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, Statistics, or a related field3+ years' experience in business performance analysis, with demonstrated commercial acumen would be highly regardedExpertise in claims insurance processes and factors influencing claims costs (preferred)Proficiency in Power BI and intermediate Microsoft Suite skillsProven ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendationsStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience collaborating across functionsA customer-focused approach, high attention to detail, and an accuracy-driven mindsetAdaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and commitment to continuous improvement
