About the role: The Business Partner sits in the Health Funding, Finance and Investment division, and is responsible for the relationship between HFFI and another division/s. Maintaining oversight of how effectively Health Funding, Finance and Investment division branches service the rest of the Department, you will develop solutions and strategies to address needs of your division, while also providing intelligence to HFFI to meet upcoming priorities in your division and identify business improvement opportunities to uplift capability.
Managing competing priorities from stakeholders, business partners will need subject matter familiarity, high-level diagnostic and strategic capabilities, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and highly developed prioritisation capacity.
Familiarity with Health Funding, Finance and Investment functions broadly, and/or familiarity with these functions in supported division(s), is highly desirable. Experience in public sector finance would be highly regarded.
