About the role As a Business Partner, People & Culture you will be responsible for providing advice and consultancy to management on workforce solutions and issues to meet the goals specified in TAFE NSW and the People and Culture Strategic Plans.
About You As part of a high-performing, collaborative team focused on creating a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment, you will bring a strong understanding of industry best practices, legal requirements, performance management, and innovative HR solutions.
You will have experience supporting key areas such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and workplace wellness.
Additionally, you will excel at building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders, providing expert advice, support, and solutions on a wide range of workforce-related matters.
In addition, you will have the following:
